Community Investment to us means the things we do to support and sustain the communities we serve, both communities in the geographical sense and also communities of interest among existing and prospective residents and service users.

Successes

We have had lots of success in developing a range of projects in partnership with residents and staff. Below are just a few examples to provide an overall flavour of the range and diversity community investment can cover.

Tenant Engagement

We have a Tenants Compact to give tenants information about how they can get involved with Tees Valley Housing Ltd called the Menu of Opportunities.

Roadshows

To compliment this we hold Tenants Roadshows. This year we were in Richmond, Midddlesbrough and Evenwood.  Lots more agencies are hearing about the Road Shows and are eager to join us to raise awareness of their services.  Agencies joining us on the road included:

TVHL staff are available throughout events to address any concerns and answer any questions residents may have, and entertainment for the children is always well received and enjoyed by children and adults alike.
