Rivers House also has three self-service kiosks with access to i-Housing which means customers can view their rent payments, statements and balances, report and track repairs, register on the Compass choice based lettings scheme and bid for properties, without the need to see a member of staff.

Our call centre is open from 7am-8pm, Monday to Friday, but please be aware that not all teams will be available between these times.
