We are based close to Middlesbrough town centre with easy access from the A66 and A19. Middlesbrough train station and Durham Tees Valley Airport are both within easy reach.

From the North
Before reaching Middlesbrough from the A19, you will travel over the Tees flyover. Take the first exit off the flyover signposted Middlesbrough A66. This exit bends down to the left, then joins the main A66 dual carriageway. On the A66 you will see large cooling tanks to your right and see signs for the Riverside stadium. Take the second exit after the cooling tanks signposted Middlesbrough Centre 'Long Stay Parking'. At the traffic lights stay in the left hand lane, go straight across and turn first left into North Ormesby Road. There is a church on the corner. You can see RIVERS HOUSE approximately 100 yards down on the right hand side.
From the South
Traveling north on the A1, take the junction for Teesside, Thirsk (A19). On approaching Middlesbrough you will see Teesside Retail Park on your left. Take the A66 Middlesbrough Centre junction. Stay in the right hand lane and follow signs for Middlesbrough/Teesport. The road from the A19 bends round to the right, then joins the main A66 dual carriageway. On the A66 you will see large cooling tanks to your right and see signs for the Riverside stadium. Take the second exit after the cooling tanks signposted Middlesbrough Centre 'Long Stay Parking'. At the traffic lights stay in the left hand lane, go straight across and turn first left into North Ormesby Road. There is a church on the corner. You can see RIVERS HOUSE approximately 100 yards on the right hand side.
