Need a repair doing? Got a query about your Rent? Want to make a Complaint?
Whatever your problem the Customer Services Team is on hand to help all tenants. Whether in rented properties, shared ownership or leasehold we aim to offer a one stop shop for all your problems.
We are a team of people who are trained in dealing with a wide range of issues. Customer services can
- Arrange a repair to your property. We will arrange for either one of our In House Maintenance assistants to call or a contractor to attend.
- Once the job has been completed we will contact you to make sure that you are happy with the work that has been done.
- We can help with a range of rent queries from sending out a statement or payment card to making arrangements to pay if you are having financial difficulties.
- We can also assist with a wide range of housing management queries including anti social behaviour complaints.
- If you are on our waiting list we can advise of your position on the list and also give practical advice if you need housing urgently.
- If your query requires specialist attention we will pass it on to the department most able to help.
So whether you contact us by phone, e mail or call into the office you can be sure that you will be dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner. If we can’t solve your problem immediately we will keep you informed at all times of what is happening.
We have recently introduced a text messaging service for people who have difficulty contacting us by phone. If you feel that you would benefit by using this service please let us know and your Housing Officer will discuss this option with you.
