Maintenance - Disabled Adaptions

Arrow pointing backback to maintenance list

Tees Valley receive a yearly budget to carry out disabled adaptations in our properties. A disabled adaptation can, for example, be a new level access shower, stairlift or handrails.

Before Tees Valley can consider an adaptation a referral has to be made by an occupational therapist. This referral is then placed onto a waiting list until funds are available. Normally adaptations are carried out late summer but Tees Valley’s surveyors and contractors will already have been to the property and measured up.
