The Team

The Tees Valley Housing Limited Grounds Maintenance team consists of:

1 Grounds Supervisor
Team A
Team B
Team C

This team is based in central Middlesbrough and covers various local areas including Billingham, Stockton, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool.

Grounds maintenance looks after the areas surrounding the properties you live in. Their duties are as follows :

Grass cutting service
Management of shrub areas
General tidying of borders & shrub beds
Waste management
Litter disposal on all estates
Tree management services
Void property garden clearances
Fencing works
Some small paving jobs
Garden surgeries

Also keeping the areas that you live in nice and clean for you and your family. And a place worth living in.
