Boosting Customer Service
IMPROVEMENTS have been made at a Tees Valley-based housing association to boost customer service and tackle the credit crunch.
Tees Valley Housing's customer service team has moved to the Homechoice office on Corporation Road in Middlesbrough town centre where it shares the facility with Erimus Housing, its partner in Fabrick Housing Group.
The team, which has relocated from Rivers House in North Ormesby, will handle all Tees Valley Housing residents' queries but will work alongside Erimus Housing's contact team to streamline services.
A freephone number has also been introduced to meet the needs of Tees Valley Housing residents, especially in the current credit crunch.
Calls can now be made free from a landline on 08000 461600 although calls from mobile phones will still be charged.
To ensure the best possible service for customers, phone lines at Homechoice do not open until 10am every Wednesday to allow for essential training. An emergency repairs service is still available on 08457 626 450.
