At Tees Valley Housing, we know our customers are vital in helping us shape our services to meet their needs so we are carrying out a telephone survey to allow us to gain more information to help us plan for the future.
Over the next 12 weeks, a member of the Tees Valley team will be contacting tenants to ensure we have up to date details on every member of their household, including any particular requirements.
We recently held a series of consultation events aimed at gathering residents thoughts on current services and how they should be delivered in the future.
