Who we are and what we do
The Tees Valley Housing Supported Housing Team
provides support services to people who might
have difficulty finding and keeping accommodation
without support.
Our services are funded to help specific groups of people including older people, young parents, young people and families who are involved in anti-social behaviour.
This includes providing accommodation with support staff based on site and also floating support services where we help people who are living in their own homes.
We work across the Tees Valley and beyond, providing services in Darlington, Bishop Auckland, Stockton, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland, Hartlepool, Sunderland and Newcastle.
Some of our services are short term which means
up to two years and others can be available for
as long as people need them.
