At Tees Valley Housing we are committed to delivering excellent services and in a way that meet residents' needs. Residents' views on the services we deliver are vital.
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA)
The TSA, the regulator for affordable housing, work with landlords and tenants to improve services for existing and prospective tenants.
The TSA will bring in six national standards from 1st April 2010 which are compulsary to all landlords, for more details visit their website www.tenantservicesauthority.org. Landlords will also be expected to introduce local standards by April 2011. These local standards must be developed to reflect the priorities of our local communities.
There will be a number of consultation events taking place first asking ' what does local mean to you', see details below:

Project Weave
We have been reviewing all our customer facing services under a project named Project Weave.
A key part of this is that we understand what is important to our customers. To help us with this
we are carrying out a telephone survey to allow us to gain even more information to help us plan for the future. Download details about this here.
We recently held a series of consultation events aimed at gathering residents' thoughts on current services and how they should be delivered in the future.
Residents' views have so far already helped us identify a range of changes and improvements that will be made to our services so it's important that as many people as possible take part.
