Improvements
Estate improvements are ways to improve the security of your estate and encourage people to stay longer in their homes. Examples of these improvements are security lighting, fences, and parking bollards.
If there are improvements you’d like us to make, please contact your housing officer who will place a bid for you. Bids are considered at an estate improvement meeting, which is a meeting held with a panel consisting of two housing officers, the maintenance services manager and four residents.
