Painting
This page gives you some basic information on the work we carry out to paint the external parts of your property.
What do we carry out?
The painting contractor who carries out the work will paint the external woodwork, including windows and doors. When work is due to start, the contractor will contact you directly with a starting date.
What should you do?
When the contractor has contacted you with a date you should make sure that all windows and doors, where required, are left open on this date. Please make sure there is someone within your home during this time as the contractor is not responsible for the security of your property.
Are you satisfied?
When the work has finished, we will send you a questionnaire asking your views on the quality of the work. We value your views and use them to make improvements so please complete the questionnaire and return it to use. You do not need a stamp.
