Repairs Performance

When you report a repair it will be placed in order of priority.

The level of priority for repairs and maintenance are as follows:-

Priority 1 repairs are emergency repairs with a 24hr response time.

Priority 2 repairs are urgent repairs with a 5 calender day response time.

Priority 3 repairs are routine repairs with a 21 calender day response time.

Results for the year April 2009 to March 2010 show that:-

99.7% of priority 1's were completed within the timescale.

98.3% of priority 2's were completed withing the timescale.

97% of priority 3's were completed with the timescale.

 

Total repairs carried out during the year was 10,576.
