At Tees Valley Housing, our home ownership team provides a comprehensive management service for all our leaseholders.
The main areas we cover include:
- Service charges – administration and consultation
- Consultation with leaseholders who may be affected by major works programmes
- Scheme inspections to ensure that any communal areas and landscaped grounds we are responsible are looked after
- Involving leaseholders in how we deliver our service by encouraging their participation in the Leasehold Advisory Panel and leaseholders’ forum
- Sales of new properties made available through a range of affordable home ownership options
- Providing a resale service to our existing shared owners
