Market Rent Properties

Tees Valley Housing has a number of one and two bedroom apartments to let on full market rent terms.

These apartments are available on assured shorthold tenancy terms, for a minimum rental period of six months.

To qualify, applicants must pass a credit check and generally be in full time employment. Rents are payable monthly in advance and at the point of sign up you will also be required to pay a security bond, equivalent to one month's rent.

There are currently two market rent schemes:

Rosemoor Close, Gunnergate, Marton, Middlesbrough
