Community Investment
Community Investment to us means things that we do to support and sustain the communities we serve.
We work with communities and partner agencies to strengthen neighbourhoods, to empower, enable and promote social inclusion and to enhance quality of life and add value to communities. We do this by:
- Working closely with the HAP (Housing Advisory Panel) which acts as a central advisory group and put the voice of residents at the heart of decision making at TVH
- Supporting residents groups
- Providing small charitable donations
- Maximising funding and building partnerships to develop new projects

Become a 'tenant spotter'
As a customer of Tees Valley Housing, your views are important to us and will help shape the future grounds service we can provide to you.
We are looking for volunteers to join a small panel of customers to complete a quarterly questionnaire and be our eyes and ears on the schemes.
What’s involved?
- You will receive a quarterly survey to complete and return in a pre-paid envelope
- You may be asked to accompany your housing officer on estate walkabouts to ask your opinion of the grounds.
- You may occasionally receive a telephone call from the call centre asking for feedback
- We would like you to be able to observe the grounds team whilst on site
