Join us in a Walkabout
AT Tees Valley Housing we recognise the important role our residents have in shaping the appearance of our estates.
One way residents can play a valuable part in this is to join us on our estate walkabouts. The walkabouts help identify any general repairs needed but also give an opportunity to discuss any suggestions you may have to improve the area with your housing officer.
Our next walkabout dates are being updated and a list will be posted on here soon but a reminder letter will also be sent nearer the date with a questionnaire so that any issues or concerns you may have can be raised prior to the visit.
If you are unable to attend the walkabout, feedback will be given to all residents on the findings. These will include grounds maintenance, communal repairs, abandoned vehicles and any other estate management issues. Feedback information can be found here.
